She wouldn't return calls or emails and finally sent me a disc via certified mail on Saturday. The only problem is the disc is BLANK! Once again, emails and phone calls are not being returned. I have nothing to start with except a P&L and Balance sheet from Nov. 30th. I have NO general ledgers! Tell me what to do! I've hired a new bookkeeper who is doing books on MY laptop, at MY house, on MY QuickBooks, so I'm not going there again. But in the meantime, my books are being held hostage. I'm at a loss on what to do and why she is doing this (other than to be mean and vindictive; I've never not paid her on time in years of doing business).
